The land flipping business model we teach is fairly simple (especially compared to other real estate investing niches), but it's not easy. It still takes plenty of work, time, effort, and investment to make things happen... so if you're looking for an easy fix that will get you rich next week, that's not what you'll find here.
What does this course NOT cover?
This course teaches everything you'll need to know in order to fully comprehend the business of flipping land. Everything from setting up your business, finding deals with direct mail, due diligence, making offers, communicating with buyers and sellers, closing deals, getting properties sold, structuring seller-financed deals, collecting payments, finding tax advantages, staying organized, growing your business to the next level and a lot more.
Think of this course as a playbook with detailed instructions on how to execute all the most essential steps in the land flipping business.
What it doesn't do is tell you which specific market you should work in, how you should filter your direct mail list, or where you should incorporate your business.
We'll show you how to decide on a great market, what you should think about when sending out mail, and the advantages and drawbacks to each path you have in front of you, but the specific direction you decide to take will be up to you.
Once you have a holistic understanding of how your decisions will affect your outcomes, you can make the best choices relative to your own goals and situation.
What's the difference between the pricing plans?
Both plans offer immediate access to the 12-module/80+ lesson course that lays out the entire land flipping business model and private access to the members-only section. of the REtipster forum. However, the less-expensive Lifetime Basic plan does not include access to the bonus modules, monthly "Office Hours" coaching calls or the library of recorded group coaching sessions.
How much money do I need to get started?
There are many things you can pay for in the land investing business. A lot of these expenses are luxuries that will make life much easier, but only a few of these costs are essential (you simply won't have a business without them). We will explain all the necessities and the niceties in the course.
As a good starting point, we generally recommend having at least $10K available to work with as you get started (after the cost of education). While it's certainly possible to start with less, this amount will give you some wiggle room so you can make some minor mistakes along the way as you're figuring things out.

How long will it take to complete the course?
If you actually implement each of the recommended steps as you go through the course, we would suggest giving yourself one week to complete each module. However, the course is set up so that you can easily jump around and learn about the steps you are most interested in.
If you're already familiar with certain steps of the land flipping business model, you can spend as much or as little time as you want on each lesson.
Remember, you’ll have lifetime access to all course material (including any future updates), so there’s no need to feel rushed!
What format is the course in?
This course content is delivered in a mixture of text, video, and audio. You'll also find numerous downloads and examples of how to implement many of the lessons.
You can watch these videos, read the content, or simply listen to it in the comfort of your home, whenever it's convenient for you. All content can be consumed on a desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile device.
What day and time are Mindshare Meetups held each month?
Mindshare Meetups (formerly known as 'Office Hours') are typically scheduled on a weekday, on the last week of each month, at 1:00 pm Eastern. We send out an email announcement to all members approximately one week before each session, so all the relevant people know when, where, and how to register and attend.

I'm already an experienced real estate investor. Will this still be useful to me?
If you already have a moderate-to-advanced level of experience with houses and other types of "improved" properties (not vacant land), you will quickly learn that the land business has many unique attributes that don't apply to houses and buildings. Most of those differences will be easy to deal with, but some of them can actually make vacant land a bit more tricky (and that's where we'll help guide you through the challenges).
If you've already been through another land investing course, you'll find that most land flipping educators agree on about 80% of the basics about how the land investing business works, but there is a significant difference in the breadth and depth of information and how well each concept is presented and explained. This is where the Land Investing Masterclass is in a league of its own.
Unlike the majority of real estate investing courses on the internet, the content in this course is constantly being revised, updated, and expanded as the industry, economy, and real estate market changes from year to year.

Can a "Basic" member upgrade to Lifetime Premium at a discounted price?
Yes! If you decide to start with the Lifetime Basic plan and want to upgrade to the Lifetime Premium at a later date, you will find a link to do this in the final lesson of the course.
The normal cost to buy into the Lifetime Premium plan is $1,997, but if you're already a Lifetime Basic member, the cost to upgrade is $797.
